In a post-apocalyptic world where technology has taken over, watching most of nature disappear, Olivia and her friends try to adapt to the new way of living. However, everything changed when Olivia's dear friend Xavier died. She and her friends decide to bury him near an old, dead tree they used to hang around when they were younger and never speak of Xavier or their past again. And like that the friendship group dispersed.
After 2 years life starts growing around Xavier's burial site, bringing the friends together and giving them hope in the bland world.
